ABOUT US
SpacePlan Construction and Management, LLC was founded in 2007 by Roger Nassif, who brings over 40 years of experience in the design and construction industry.
Roger holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Architecture and has held key positions in development and construction management, both in the Houston area and internationally, between 1983 and 2003. From 2003 to 2008, he served as Vice President of Construction Services for a local Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
In 2007, Roger established SpacePlan Construction & Management and has since led the successful completion of numerous design-build and commercial construction projects across the Houston area.
In September 2017, Patrick Nassif joined the company as a partner and Business Development Manager. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Patrick brought with him five years of experience in the oil and gas industry, where he worked in project teams and client relations.
